Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. Your order will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully received.

We currently do not offer instalment or buy-now-pay-later payment options. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact our support team before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly without the need for a chargeback.
Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@megandsam.com with your order number and the reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive full return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Please do not send items to this address without first contacting our support team and receiving authorisation. -
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for all voluntary returns (e.g. change of mind, wrong size, colour preference). We do not provide prepaid return labels. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, all return and replacement shipping costs are covered by us.

No. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Yes. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, you may keep the original item. We will send you the replacement, and you will only be charged for any applicable taxes and shipping costs. All other product costs are covered by us.

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us at info@megandsam.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. We will arrange a replacement and cover all associated costs.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they have been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If you wish to return your order after delivery, please refer to our return process above.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns outside of the 30-day return window. If your item has a defect or fault, please contact us regardless and we will do our best to assist you.

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered to the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our international warehouse located in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China, using priority air shipping.

Our total estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days, broken down as follows:
- Order handling time: 1–2 business days
- Transit time: 4–7 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs clearance and local courier handling.

The order cut-off time is 23:00 (GMT). Orders placed before this time will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 23:00 will be processed the next business day.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel at any time through our tracking page at /apps/parcelpanel.

Address changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@megandsam.com with your order number and the updated address. Once your order has been dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.

In rare cases, international shipments may take longer than expected due to customs clearance or courier delays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@megandsam.com and we will look into it for you.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery where possible and contact us immediately. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact us at info@megandsam.com within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and/or items so we can resolve the issue promptly.

In rare cases, import duties or customs fees may be applied by your local customs authority. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have any concerns.
Warranty & Repair

All clothing items sold by Meg & Sam are covered against manufacturing defects. If you receive an item with a defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear or customer misuse, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.

A manufacturing defect includes issues such as faulty stitching, broken fastenings, or fabric defects that were present at the time of delivery and are not caused by washing, wearing, or mishandling by the customer.

Please contact us at info@megandsam.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the defect so our team can assess the issue and offer an appropriate resolution.

If your item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, we will send you a replacement free of charge. In some cases, a full refund may be offered. All associated shipping costs will be covered by us, and you will not be required to return the original item.

We do not currently offer a repair service. If your item develops a fault covered under our defect policy, we will replace it rather than repair it.

The following are not covered under our defect policy:
- Damage caused by improper washing or care
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Damage caused by the customer after delivery
